SERVICE UNDER DIN VISTELSE

Room Service - Finns tillgängligt under restaurangens öppettider. Serviceavgift tillkommer 150 SEK. 

Kopiering/Post - Vill Ni ha hjälp att ta kopior eller posta brev/vykort hjälper vi Er gärna.

Kuddmeny - Visst utbud av specialkuddar finns, kontakta receptionen.

Is - Under restaurangens öppettider kan vi bistå er med is.

Depositionsmöjlighet - Kassaskåp finns i receptionen om Ni önskar låsa in några värdesaker.

Internet - Vi har gratis wifi i samtliga hotellbyggnader. Logga in på VKH-Guest, Lösen: nunna1234.

Laddare och internationella adapters - Vi har laddare av olika fabrikat till mobila enheter för utlåning och likaså internationella adapters.

Laddning av elbil - Vi erbjuder laddning mot en kostnad. Kontakta receptionen.

Barnpassning - Vissa perioder har vi möjlighet att ordna barnpassning efter önskemål. Vid intresse av detta kontakta receptionen.

Sport & Fritid - Vill ni ha hjälp med att hyra cyklar eller önskar andra kontakter inom sport och fritid hjälper vi Er gärna i receptionen.

Rökning - Vi är ett rökfritt hotell. Vid rökning på rummet och/eller allmänna utrymmen debiterar vi 7500 kr för sanering samt kostnader för utebliven uthyrning av rum enligt gällande prislista.

Skoputs & syservice - På Klosterhotellet finns en skoputsmaskin på våning 2 längst ner i korridoren. Skoputs, skohorn och sykit finns på rummen.

Strykmöjligheter - På Klosterhotellet finns möjlighet att stryka på våning 2 + 3 längst ner i korridoren. På Klostergården 1 finner Ni strykmöjligheter på Plan 1.(wc). På Klostergården 2, använder ni strykrummet på Klostergården 1. För kod till ytterdörren kontakta receptionen. I Slottsflygeln finns strykmöjligheter i korridoren, bakom draperiet. I Stora Slottsvillan finner Ni strykmöjligheter på Plan 1. (wc). I Lilla Slottsvillan finner Ni strykmöjligheter på respektive rum.. I Slottsstugan finner Ni strykmöjligheter på respektive rum.

Tvättservice - Vi har möjlighet att erbjuda tvättservice samt kemtvätt. För mer information och priser vänligen kontakta receptionen.

Shop - I receptionen på Restaurant Munkklostret finner ni en liten shop med lokala produkter och utvalda inredningsdetaljer.

Kontantfritt Hotell - Vadstena Klosterhotel är ett helt kontantfritt hotell. Betalning sker med de vanligaste kreditkorten och även swish på vissa avdelningar som tex SPA-avdelningen.

Hygienartiklar & hjälpmedel - Vanliga hygienartiklar finns att köpa i receptionen. Det finns även hjälpmedel att låna för Er som behöver i form av duschstol och halkmatta.

Booking rules for your particular reservation can be found in your confirmation. Keep in mind that you need to add cancellation protection to be able to cancel due to illness.

Access to all the above facilities for the duration of your package. Loan of bathrobe, towel, sauna towel & slippers, organic shower products & lotion, fruit & tea. In the spa there are products for skin & hair to use for the spa ritual included for everyone. 

BOKA SPA

You need to book entrance to the spa to use our facilities, except for the gym which is included for all hotel guests.

NOTE! Spa centers cost extra and are not included when booking room & breakfast or in other hotel packages. If you want to visit the spa, you can either book one of our spa packages, or book a spa center subject to availability. Contact the booking department for help with this or book your day spa package via our online booking. 

Du kan hyra trainers för din cykel, gångstavar, enheter för virtuell yoga & meditation samt yogamattor & props i vårt SPA. I vårt wellnesspaket ingår vissa av dessa produkter kostnadsfritt.

Varying breakfast times - currently different breakfast times assigned at check-in

We are a non-smoking hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, restaurant or spa area of Vadstena Klosterhotel, nor outside the entrances or on the balconies/terraces of the hotel rooms.

Just nu uppdaterar vi vår tv-miljö. From den 8/6 kommer följande finnas på samtliga hotellrum.

• Samtliga hotellrum är utrustad med Google Cast. Här kan du enkelt streama direkt från din enhet. Installerade appar: Google TV, Youtube, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Max (HBO), Mubi, Filmin & Globo Play. Fungerar på Android & iOS.
• Fasta tv-kanaler: Tv12, MTV, Nickelodeon, SVT 1 & 2, Tv 4, Kanal 5, Sjuan, Kanal 9, CNN, Bloomberg

The menu is set the same day by our chefs and is a fixed menu (of course we take into account special diets / allergies, but this must be notified in advance) - if you want to choose freely from the a la carte menu, you can book a room and breakfast and separate table booking so you can choose freely from the a la carte menu.

There is parking outside all buildings. There are no rooms in the reception building, so please leave your bag in your car when you enter the Monastery to check in.

Three rooms in Slottsstugan on the Castle grounds. These can be booked on request before arrival. Contact the hotel reception for booking. We have chosen to offer dog rooms free of charge if you book a room intended for dogs and notify this in advance.

If you do not book a dog room prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee that rooms for this purpose will be available at check-in.

VPlease note that in the event of damage to the furniture or fittings of the room, we will charge a cost for restoration to its original condition. We also ask you to make sure that the dog is used to being left alone in this type of context. It is not allowed to leave a barking dog in the room out of consideration for other guests staying.

This must be booked directly through us - we have some rooms where we have space for extra bed for children up to 12 years. (Sofa bed).

As we have a limited number of places, it is good to pre-book so that you get a guaranteed place. If you have booked one of our packages that includes spa or dinner, this is automatically booked and is a fixed time for each package.

Restaurant opening hours vary according to the season. You can find your dinner time in the welcome letter you will receive when you arrive at the hotel. If you wish to book a table, you can do so here.

Free parking is included, subject to availability. Available in connection with the respective building, parking ticket can be obtained on site in the hotel or at the spa reception.

There are no rooms in the reception building so please leave your bag in the car when you arrive for check-in.

confirmation tone.
NOTE: To program at 12:00 at night, dial "2400" and not "0000".
