If you want a conference with a twist, we highly recommend some of our unique activities; medieval dinner, night walk at Vadstena Castle, whiskey, cognac or wine tasting in the wine cellar, car driving at Mantorp Park, medieval competitions or evening concert in the Abbey Church. Our skilled sommelier will take you on a learning journey about the noble art of drinking in a historical setting. The tastings take place in a suitable room for the number of you. Light snacks are served with each tasting. In a place where beer was brewed as early as the 15th century, we taste our own beer.

Customize your own spa conference package. Choose whether you want to conference in the morning or afternoon and relax and enjoy the spa for the second half of the day. A spa conference with us is not all hard work. You can enjoy a relaxing swim in our various pools, saunas or relaxation area.

Experience a fantastic guided tour in a historic environment with our knowledgeable and experienced guides. You will hear stories about, among other things, the history behind Bjälboättens palace, the monastery church, the ruin park and the monastery hotel.

Prova stillheten tillsammans med kollegorna i ledningsgruppen eller teamet. Vi erbjuder retreat för arbetslag som behöver ny inspiration.
Den gemensamma stillheten ger dig frihet att tänka och vara dig själv tillsammans med dina arbetskamrater. Ni får öva meditation, dela tankar i lågmälda samtal, tid för fysisk återhämtning i hotellets SPA med bad, ljusbehandlingar & basturitualer, kallbada, yoga och njuta av sköna behandlingar för kropp & sinne.
Retreat för arbetslag omfattar två-tre dagar och inleds kl 10.00 första dagen och avslutas följande dag kl 12.00. Platsen är Klostergården där ni bor och har tillgång till eget sällskapsutrymme i närheten av vår Retreat & Yogastudio.
Vid önskemål kan denna retreat göras i tystnad. Val av vegetarisk näringsrik mat kan göras vid bokning.

Ghost walk at Vadstena Castle.
You will meet the tormented Duke Magnus who takes you on a ghostly walk through Vadstena Castle. In the company of the mentally unstable duke, things start to happen, strange sounds haunt the group and the shadows begin to come to life.

An eerie and exciting experience suitable for after dinner when dusk has fallen. Gustav Vasa himself or perhaps Princess Cecilia may appear as you wander through a ghostly castle with only a flashlight as a guiding light. About 1 hour.

When an employer offers its staff yoga in the workplace, it means making it possible for all employees to participate in an activity according to their own abilities. Through various modifications, we can do yoga together regardless of physical ability and age.

Morning jog, running technique, intervals, circuit training or lecture. Take the opportunity to do a healthy activity. Train together as a company, run a session in a small group or book individual running coaching. It is also possible to combine the activities. The arrangement is adapted to your wishes and conditions and all levels are welcome.
If you are more than 20 people, we will divide you into 2 groups.
