In an age of stress, screens and constant accessibility, many people struggle with sleep. But good sleep is crucial for both physical and mental health - it strengthens the immune system, improves concentration, balances emotions and gives us the power to face life. Yet it's often sleep that takes a back seat when life is at its fastest. Our sleep retreat gives you the opportunity to slow down, land in your body and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
Together with psychologist & founder of Asteh Ulrika Dehlryd , we alternate inspiring lectures and practical workshops with yin yoga, spa and good nutritious food - all to support your sleep and recovery in depth. You will also get to try out different tools that can help you sleep better: spike pillows, weighted blankets, eye masks, essential oils and other soothing tools - all in a safe and peaceful environment where you can rest, reflect and replenish your energy.
You will also try yin yoga - a gentle and restorative yoga practice that helps the nervous system to unwind and the body to release deep tensions. Yin yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, making it particularly effective in promoting sleep and inner peace. You will also get to try practicing a simple body scan, where you will be given simple exercises and techniques that you can use in your everyday life - to create better evening routines, reduce stress and improve your sleep quality over time.
