Summery National Day lunch at Munken

On National Day (the day we hold a little extra dear here in Vadstena) we offer a summery lunch in honor of Gustav Vasa. We serve a delicious asparagus soup as a starter and a cold boiled salmon served with boiled new potatoes and rum sauce. For dessert, of course, you take a national day cake with coffee or tea.
