Whistleblowing

We encourage employees, suppliers and other external parties to report inappropriate behavior. This includes behaviors you suspect and those you are certain of. Examples of such behavior could be:

  • Financial irregularities.
  • Offering or accepting bribes.
  • Environmental risks or breaches of environmental legislation.
  • Safety issues that pose a risk to the health and safety of employees or customers.
  • Serious forms of harassment or discrimination.

To blow the whistle, please use the link below which leads to our external reporting tool. Your report will be received by HR (Therese Hemborg) at Vadstena Klosterhotel, who will decide how to handle the case.

Important: If you choose to report anonymously but wish to follow up your case and provide additional information, it is important that you note the case number and verification code that will be displayed after your report has been completed. You can then subsequently go to the link below and click on "Follow up case" where you can enter this information.
